Principles that hold everywhere
- Read-only by default. PMS integrations pull data; they never write back directly. Updates are proposed into a write journal that a person reviews, applies and can roll back.
- A person approves every send. Chase lists and landlord batches are approved by a member of your team before anything leaves; every send re-checks the latest data first.
- Everything on record. Syncs, approvals, sends and replies are recorded with who and when. Only cryptographic hashes — never personal data — may be anchored publicly.
- Credentials stay server-side. Integration secrets are encrypted at rest, masked in the product, and never sent to the browser.
