TerraTecton connects to Alto (Houseful, formerly Zoopla) through the Alto partner API. Like our other PMS integrations it is read-only: properties, tenancies, certificates and arrears are pulled hourly into the same normalised feeds that power the compliance register and the arrears chase.

Connecting your agency

  1. Get an API key. Alto partner API access is issued by Houseful — ask your Alto account manager to enable TerraTecton, or ask us to start the partner request with you. You will have an API key and your branch ID.
  2. Enter them in TerraTecton under Integrations → Alto. The key is encrypted at rest and never reaches the browser.
  3. Test and sync. Test connection, then Sync now; hourly from then on.

Sample mode.Without credentials the Alto card runs on realistic sample data, clearly badged, so you can evaluate the full product first. Alto’s partner documentation is thinner than Reapit’s; field mappings are verified with each agency during onboarding.

Data handling

Identical to our other PMS integrations: read-only pulls, idempotent syncs, credentials encrypted at rest, UK hosting, and a tamper-evident record of every sync and every action taken on the data. See the privacy policy.
