Jupixis TerraTecton’s first PMS integration and runs daily for live agencies today. Jupix has no public API, so TerraTecton reads the reports your Jupix account can already export — properties, tenancies, rent arrears and certificates — on a schedule your agency controls.

How it works

  • Daily pull. Each dataset is pulled once a day at times you set on Integrations → Jupix in the app; a running pull can be stopped or restarted there, and the card shows per-dataset freshness. Sync now is always available.
  • Arrears are folded per tenancy. Jupix reports one row per unpaid charge; TerraTecton groups them into one arrears case per tenancy — total owed, oldest age, the periods behind — which is what the chase works from.
  • Certificates land in the compliance register with their expiry dates, driving the landlord renewal batches.
  • Every send re-checks the latest pull, so a tenant who cleared their balance since yesterday is not chased.

Writing back

Jupix has no write API, so TerraTecton never writes to Jupix directly. Updates that belong in Jupix — a renewed certificate date, a promise to pay — are proposed into a write journal: a person on your team reviews each one, approves it, and can roll any applied change back. Nothing reaches your Jupix account without a human decision, and every decision is recorded.

Jupix onboarding is done with us rather than self-serve — the export set varies by agency. Email us and we will set the feed up with you; most agencies are live within a day.
